You
can place your order by e-mail or fax, being sure to give us your
full name, and full contact details. If you wish to speak
to someone with an enquiry, please contact the shop. Please call
the shop if you are late in the day placing a lunch order, or
it is urgent.

Deliveries
We will always endeavour to deliver prior to the requested time.
Our drivers carry mobile phones, and will contact you if delayed
due to unusual traffic congestion, or for any other unforeseen
reason.

Deliveries from 6:30am - 9:30pm Monday - Friday.
(Weekend deliveries by special arrangement only).

Payment
Payment
can be made by credit/debit card over the telephone, or by cash
upon delivery.
Credit
Strict
thirty day credit terms are available to companies if required,
once their application has been processed and agreed. (Please
fax on the above number, or email: credit@pumblechookscafe.com
to register and request a credit facility account form).

can order by either of the following methods:

Please note, we will confirm the email orders by return.
You will receive an automatically generated response first,
and then you will receive an order confirmation. If you do
not get a confirmation (the second e-mail) within 3 hours please
use the phone or fax. Emails do sometimes go astray.
Never include any card details in an email.
If you order lunch later in the morning, please use the
telephone or fax option.
