Pumble chook's cafe was created by Mike Michele and Claire Cotton in August 1997, and is sited next to the prodigious St Katherine's Docks area in Thomas More Street, London E1.

The unusual name "pumble chook's" is not only a reflection of the partners English origins, and historic interests, but also hints at our background setting, an area of London with a modern guise adorning a rich and turbulent history.

A strong focus at pumblechook's is on fast, efficient, and friendly service. Our strength is our versatility and our extensive product range.

Our sandwiches are made to order only. We believe that's the only true fresh tasting sandwich and what's more you get it made just the way you like it!

Only first class suppliers are selected, and all our food is bought in fresh on a daily basis, and prepared on the premises. We do not buy in ready prepared sandwich mixtures etc.
